whats with the pansy 262s?
1 ping PW and wing gets ripped off EVERY single time.
Are perk ride that much easier to kill than the rest?
why waste your perks?

I hardly ever rip a wing unless I'm slamming my 262 into some buffs. Actually I can't even remember when i was last time ripping a wing. Can't be more than 1 occasion this year.

No, but the 20+ people chasing a 262 everytime they see one does get annoying. Don't they have anything better to do than chase?

Haha, I call it the Chuck Yeager complex.  Many times when I'm in a 262 and I come across a P-51 they abandon whatever they were doing, even dump 10k feet of altitude, and still don't catch me. :P

That's often a highly welcome side effect. You can break an enemy cap over a friendly field just by flying nearby, low, and carefully managing your throttle. The horde will try to chase you down while you just barely stay out of their guns, drawing them away from the field... Ahhh what a great thing greed is!  :D

You only think they're easier to kill because everyone goes for them. If a 262 enters the area, everyone wants to kill it so they can tell others "Hey I killed a 262 with a *****" . Me262's really aren't easy to kill unless the one flying it is really stupid.

Once I saw a 262 dive on me, I pulled a high G turn, he overshot, and I just jkept flying on thinking he would just climb back up again. As I looked back he was turning around already and alot slower than he just was. He closed on my 6 rather slowly (for a 262 that is), so I thought it was an easy kill. Now if it was a pilot who didn't know what he was doing I would have killed him. Unfortunatly for me it was a well trained pilot and he killed me after a very fun rolling scissors fight.

I'd like to see that film. Somehow I doubt that it was only a single .50 cal, or hadn't been overstressed.

No i know theyre eaier to kill cause i can sit behide buffs all day in a spit and walk away with minor damage.
but if i fly up on a buff at 600mph and for a split second sit there p00f im dead

262's are pretty fragile. Think of them as fast TA 152's. High g's rip off wings and it doesn't take much to knock out a jet turbine. IMHO they're a waste of perkies unless you wing up a couple of them to reek hell against an incoming horde.

Ummm... besides protecting themselves? I think chasing you keeps them from getting killed.

What im saying here is i DONT ripped the wings off them. The uber 50s do.
I dont know if its lag on my end (Really doubt it) or on their end. Or the 262 is really a high priced POS.
This is the only plane other than the temp i have this problem with.

Once again i know better than to pull hard Gs in both planes. Im a bit smarted then that.
Tips go flying in every direction.
