I'd love to see enemy fleets show up on everyone's clipboard maps *if* it was in visual range of a friendly observer.

You can see all 6 cvs in the map room no matter where they are. They show up as medium size pieces with no name.

I'd rather have them not show up in either the maproom or the clipboard. The need to actively search for cvs would make things more interesting IMO. A well disciplined country could even conduct sneak attacks with them.
