Firefox rocks.  It has saved me a few times!  You can have them both on your computer so, yes, install it, and if you run into problems with IE, you can open internet with firefox and fix IE from there. :aok

firefox is that super secret russian fighter that is invisible to radar, faster than anything in the air, and can be controled just by thinking what you want it to do.
it's only problem is that you have to think it in russian. :D

The thing I like most about FireFox is that it saves what webpages you were on when you open it the next time.

Great movie.  Second only to "Red Dawn" as a great beer and potato chips on a Saturday afternoon flick.  :D

It's a great web browser!

Here are my most excellent Firefox addon recommendations:

1)Adblock Plus
Get rid of annoying advertisments and banners.
   https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865

2)Autohide 1.2:Firefox "true" full screen-Use ALL of your monitor!

Good recommendations. ADBlock in particular.

another must for any AH player is

"Down them All""

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/201

"Long Description

DownThemAll is all you can desire from a download manager: it features an advanced accelerator that increases speed up to 400% and it allows you to pause and resume downloads at any time.

DownThemAll is fast, reliable and easy-to-use! It lets you download all the links or images contained in a webpage and much more: you can refine your downloads by fully customizable criteria to get only what you really want!"

This addon does what HTC doesnt on the Skins download page.
It enables you to download anything that is downloadable for a page.
All, some, or none.
Example. you use Down them all on the Skins page and you can select and deselect every skin you want or dont want for that matter and download them all with one click.
Death is no easy answer
For those who wish to know
Ask those who have been before you
What fate the future holds
It ain't pretty

I like the downloads tab a lot, too.

I don't use any addons for Firefox for 2 reasons....1) I have no idea what to look for, 2) Even if I did have an idea of what to look for, I am to darn lazy to do it.  :D

Upgrading Firefox and it's plug-ins is also a snap. :aok

I like the newest upgrade that happened a few days ago, the new icons on it look better I think.
