This post is here to help those who seem to think we do not answer our email.

Nothing could be further from the truth.  The support emails are answered within 24 hours during the normal business week.  If you send us an Email late Friday night, it will not be answered until sometime on the following Monday, providing Monday is not a holiday.

Our general guideline is if you do not get an answer from us within the above timeframes, then we either did not get the email, or the email we sent did no get delivered.

There are some ISP's who reject our emails, as such, you will never get an email from us at those ISP's. 
earthlink.net rejects any email from us.
yahoo, simply delays delivery, for up to a week, and then will place it in your SPAM folder. 
hotmail will put most of the emails in your SPAM folder as well.
naver.com rejects any email from us.
optonline.net rejects any email from us.
web.de rejects any email from us.

There is nothing we can do about the above situations.  Those ISP's will not respond to any attempts to contact them.  As an alternative, GMail seems to work fine.

Also note, if your email contains an executable (script, or program), our own spam filter will eat that email.  It is best to send email in text-only format as it will always be safe.  If you must send an attachment, please use a ZIP program to create the file as a zip file.
