Lurking at the FW
« on: October 11, 2008, 04:27:35 PM »
I have to admit, I have been lurking but not registered on the FW forum, and find it too funny.   When a tard from England (banned from AH) starts posting, the crowd there stomps all over him.  Others have taken a spanking as well.  I am very amused by it all.  Not enough to join, and I would desperately like to get into another political thread or two, but an unmoderated forum gets out of hand quickly, and while I might occasionally bristle at the moderation here, I find it much preferable to no moderation/tards gone wild.

Regardless, keep up the good work guys.   :aok

I don't think I've ever seen someone who engenders more hatred than Beetle--all that somewhat preceded me, so it's hard to see where they're coming from

To know him is to dislike him.

There's tards everywhere. Those that impinge on the conversation there are either crushed or ignored by the other posters. As with anything else, you can react to that or not.. The choice in that regard is the posters.

Freedom Hall.

Speak your mind, on any subject. Nobody will moderate you or censor you. They may castigate you.. but they won't censor you.

I think it's funny how some people are afraid of what another might say in a post, it's the internet, who cares what some else might say.

It is moderated; Nuke banned Flaglerchat. There's your proof.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!

I would call it a soft pron version of The O'Club. It's wide open, but with ethics.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.

Nothing says you can't view or post in both. Some do get pretty abusive over there but so what?

It's not a bad place at all. Like any place, there's good, and not so good. And Iron is exaggerating, I'm not really all THAT abusive.  :devil
