He's a busy, busy man. And suddenly very quiet.

Of course he's busy, though he did take some time out last night to tell us on Channel 200 that he is G suit rated.

There is another interesting note to Adonai's tale.  According the the Death Rattler's website, they fly F/A-18Cs out of Miramar not the E or F models.

This is a photo of the Death Rattlers CO's F/A-18C painted in the unit colors for the upcoming Miramar Airshow.

I have no issue with any individuals act(s) of stupidity. And by and large they are harmless, however comments and actions that reflect negatively or cast others who stand in harms way in a lesser light are disrespectful and demeaning to those who serve on our behalf and all to often pay a terrible price to preserve the freedoms so many of us take for granted.

This was a true Marine Aviator  :salute {RIP}

If I'm not mistaken that is Marine Capt. Jennifer Harris.   CH-46 Sea Knight pilot if my memory serves me.   I want to say she was KIA (as were her crew) around March of last year.   Maybe Humble could verify that.    :salute

Jennifer Harris flew with the "purple foxes". While we all think of guns and glory the vast majority of aviators (in all services) fly the bulk of their combat lives with a lot of risk and minimal potential for glory. She was on her 3rd tour of duty in Iraq and was killed days before she was due to rotate back home.

In war all seems to be cause and effect, here is a stark overview of the price we pay. Jennifer was ferrying blood and other supplies, after her death (and those of her crew) others ere deployed to secure the area...

While no malicious intent is present when people have "flights of fantasy" in some way I feel it detracts from the memory of those who have truly stood in harms way on our behalf.

your correct sir, 323 has used F/A18C's in early 2005 - this is however 2008 - no longer does I believe - ANY attack squadron in marine corps
uses F/A18 C models, please go check wikipedia to confirm your resources.

Adonai, please delete one of these sentences as appropriate and maybe save yourself some of this: -

  • I really claim to be an F/A-18 pilot from VMF-323
  • It was a little lie which has got way out of hand and i am sorry
I am not ashamed to confess that I am ignorant of what I do not know.

Here we see Adonai's river of destiny.  Clearly marked is the start point and present position.  It's along way to open water if he truly wants to maintain this course.  Might be quicker to back peddle?
