switching between ships (in bombers) creates just enough lag to nil a attackers hits
nothing more frustrating climbing to outter space to intercept lanks or whatever and dealing with a player gaming the game by switching back & forth for that reason nil incoming fire
please look in to this glitch

Shape shifting would have been much more interesting anyway.
Maturity is knowing that I've been an idiot in the past.
Wisdom is realizing I will be an idiot in the future.
Common sense is trying to not be an idiot right now
