yep. nobody seems interested in what happens in MW. a couple of guys are, um, working miracles.

I prefer MW as the LW has turned into something of a TA with all the new kids. Granted some of the LW mentality has infested the MW like HOing and ack running. Used to be you never saw much of that but now we have some folks that are concerned with their score.

On rare occasion you might find a good fight in LW still but few and far between.

I like how there are fewer people, Its much easier to get a 1v1.. but its hurricane, hurricane, hurricane.. over and over.

Im too lazy to check stats but I bet the 2C accounts for a disproportionate amount of sorties/kills/deaths over there..

Shuffler my friend you are correct.  There has been more Ho'ing that I have seen when I have been in there, but I'm getting better at trying to avoid those now.  What shocked me one night recently was the amount of P51's that were doing it.  However, since I hadn't been on much when I started back last week, I could tell that I was really rusty.  stickpig and I had some good fights late the other night in which he tore me all to pieces in his Hurri, I used to be able to get even with him, but either he's getting better or I'm getting worse, probably a little of both.

Actually the only problems that I have with Hurris in MW is when I take my eye off of them and try and engage one of his friends. I usually get bit by them. But it works both ways . It's not as if their fast enough to get away from anybody and if you do get the fool that wants to chase you a sector or two all alone then their the one at a disadvantage . I cant tell you how many Hurris I dragged away from a fight only to cause them to run outta gas or wait till they turn home because of low gas and vulch the %&#@@ outta them . Then they start the whining about how I wouldn't turn fight with them in a P-51B and how they had to turn for home because of low gas. The plane does have weaknesses (slow and poor fuel burn rate). I just choose not to give them the advantage.

I have no numbers at hand right now, but in MW I doubt it very much.

In EW I'm almost willing to bet it even surpasses old C-Hog MA stats.

There's quite a bit buzzing around in the MW but you're right, it's not a problem at all.  They are very easy to kill and hardly a threat at all when faced in a 1v1 situation.

I see them all the time. Flown manly by people of little skill that can only go for the HO attempt. Its not that bad most of the time because you can go around them then kill em, but sometimes you cant avoid it and after a while it just gets old.


What I don't get is why is the eny for it at 15 some as something like the P38J. It needs to be set at 5 or have a perk on it.

I know I've read a thread or 2 about everyone flying spit 16's and LA7's.

On the same note, I fly MW and I really don't encounter that many Hurri's. Usually it seems to be an equal mix of F6f's, P38's, P51B's, Spitfires,Hurri2C's,am6's  and C205's
