Were did this come from? and why is it here? it gets very annoying when you are in a really good fight and all of a sudden "do not move your controls rapidly" and you can't move, and then auger into the ground. What is the purpose of this? Is this HTCs doing or my computer? does anyone else get annoyed by this????questionmark???

Definitely would be nice if it was disabled under a certain amount of Gs or roll rate generated.

I haven't had that message happen to me in quite a long time.  Of course I try and stay away from on the deck furballs as much as I can.

It's here because of the way some sticks are calibrated, or how they arent calibrated yet. So instead of gently pulling left, and it  rolls 10 times, it warns you that you need to either quit moving so fast, or readjust your stick calibration.

Do you use a mouse to play? Because I would get it almost every sortie before I started using my stick.

It was intentionally put in by HTC. It is there to stop the "stick stirrers". A stick stirrer is someone who when in trouble, twists, yanks, and swings his stick through all kinds of gyrations to make himself a hard target to hit. From the other guys point of view it looks like your plane is flip flopping all over the sky. The idea is if your doing maneuvers that would be impossible to do in a plane due to G forces, or just not possible mechanically, you can't do it in the game.

Mine does it all the time to me. Because my stick is wearing out finally, that old Logitech "peice of crap" 3D Pro lasted me a year and a half now. Too bad, was a good stick for me, thankfully though, I'm getting a brand new X52 for christmas.

I use a mouse and I almost never get it. Mabey twice in last 4 months. Though when I was new I got this all the time.

Yeah those logicraps aren't bad for the money, but they wear out quickly.

They take a lot of heat on these forums, but it's a good starter stick.

Actually I don't see the purpose of it being on the roll and rudder axis for that matter.
