Looks like gov. commercial for the stupid winter tires law.
The Quebec National Assembly passed the law last year mandating all vehicles must be equipped with winter tires from Dec. 15 to March 15. This is the first year the regulation takes effect and ignoring it can earn a minimum $200 fine plus demerit points, but some other provinces are following this law.

its a Midas commercial... thats a stupid law...not running a decent set of winter tires is pretty dumb as well.
