these are the town homes i live in.....across the road are some senior homes that you normally have no problem seeing, however the approx. 10ft snow pile is blocking it from being seen now.....they actually brought in a loader to get the snow out of our parking lot because it was taking up too much room and not allowing us to park where we should park.....grrrrrrrrrr i hate michigan!

Been snowing for nearly a week here, believe it or not.

Depart loudon TN thursday with load for detroit, arrive detroit friday morning 6" snow and still going. Unload and head empty to grand haven MI at noon, still snowing upon arrival in grand haven at 5 pm.. Load grand haven and head to mount crawford VA, finally i'll go down south were it's warm. Slide into VA sunday morning in freezeing rain. Beat feet north to pitston PA were i sit on this sunday night waiting to unload monday morn, then head into new jersey to pick up a load to go to richmond VA. As a trucker i can go through every type of weather in just a few short days. That's what makes it so much fun.

"Global Warming" is a misnomer for "climate change".  You will get more snow and colder temperatures where you would not normally see it.  Less precipitation in areas where rain is normal.  Unseasonably warm temperatures in other areas.

 

It's easier to say, "look, the polar ice caps are melting" than, "look, 12 feet of snow in Michigan".  More long term I guess.
