if i create a custom skin, and i want to use it for a squad skin and not one for everyone to use, will other people see it although HTC doesn't approve it?

custom skins can only be used off line. Only skins approved by HTC can be used on line.

darn lol, i wish that they had only a squad section of skins, that other people could see but cant use, unless the file was sent to them. ok then you guys answered my question
