Keep buffing up the CVs so people could get even more lazy and leave the CV totally defenseless 5 miles off the shore of a coastal base, when there are red dots swarming right outside 5" gun range like a disturbed wasp nest.
We've already seen the CV tonnage increase from 4,000 required to sink, to 8,000... now you guys want it to be 16,000lbs??
If you don't want the CV dead, then up a dedicated force of CAP. Otherwise, as long as nobody thinks they can be bothered to protect the CV as it should be, then by all means the CV deserves to be dead.
