Request for Alternate Gameplay for SEA/AvA terrains

Since the TE is under revison - this seems like a good time and place to post this. Maybe you guys are already working on it.

Purpose:

This is to provide a few large realistic city environments on each terrain, and most bases would remain in the current format. It allows for more realistic cities and more visual bases without upping the base count or cluttering the CBM.

Setup:

Adds the ability to build central CT style Cities with surrounding non-tower airfields and v-bases. The controlling tower and maproom is in the City, with visible spawn pads at the surrounding bases, and the Hangers at these slaved bases would be softened, while spawn points would be destroyable but difficult.

Support needed:
1. Please change the clipboard maps' City icon to a generic Factory icon, and assign the current City Icon to the old Depot slot..
2. Please support destroyable spawn points for the slaved Auxiliary bases to function with the clipboard map, and with variable hardness and downtime.

A form of this can be built now, without the destroyable spawn points, but it dosen't work as well and the airfield CBM icon required for the city is a kludge.

Vehicles availability would remain unchanged, except spawn point destruction would apply.
The strat system would remain unchanged.
Capture method would remain unchanged.

The rest of the details can be implied.
Easy in-game again.
