The Archer was a lightly armoured "shoot and scoot" tank destroyer. It would set up an ambush position, fire off a few rounds and then get the hell out of there. So the back to front set up made sense as it could get away that much faster.

I think the polish jokes are in bad taste considering how much they fought for our country (I.E Britain)

However, if only the Italians had entered the marathon the would win it hands down! Brilliant runners! :P

People make a lot of jokes because of the famous Polish calvalry charges against German tanks.  But when you think about it, it took a large amount of balls to make such a charge knowing that it was futile and there was a 99.9999% chance you wouldn't survive.  Even after the fall of Poland, it's soldiers still continued to fight as resistance and partisan fighters.  The Poles don't deserve the stupid wise cracks like the ones from that little twit valdals.

I should be receiving a book in the mail about the 303rd Squadron ( a POLISH squadron) in the next few days.  I suggest people do some reading on the internet about these boys.  The Polish kick A-R-S-E
