i just got a call from the hotel, they said only 1 reservation has been made under the "aces high" group. we have alot of rooms reserved but we only have a couple weeks before the rooms go back open to rent out to others. so if you have not made your hotel reservations and plan to stay at the one i got the discounted rate for, please make your reservations soon or you will pay full cost for that weekend.

That's odd.  When we called several weeks ago they told us there was only a few rooms left.  We had to settle for Full size beds instead of the requested king

Are we going to the museum?  We going to try and grab a large section at the show together?  So on, so forth, etc. etc.
