I think this was a new map and I've already seen a thread with people posting about how u spawn on top of a mountain but errmm i spawned inside a mountain, check out 35 seconds in - I thought I saw the biggest mission ever incoming for a few seconds

Send the film to HTC.  It's a "hole" in the terrain probably.  There used to be lots of them.  You'd be driving along and suddenly fall through a seam and plummet.  No terminal velocity.
