WB was a "Player's Player". He once spent 3+ hours in a goon, sitting on the ground, waiting patiently for the rest of his Squaddies to subdue an airbase and kill the town. He never complained. His tour of duty on Squad Night usually lasted 12 to 14 hours, half of which he spent runnng supplies. He never complained. Every base the Aces & 8s have taken over the last 2 years, he remained in town until the buildings popped. He never complained.
And now God has taken him home, leaving behind some pretty big shoes to fill. The biggest one being the ability to help a fellow player, uphold the highest standards of the Aces & 8s and promote the true spirit of Aces High. I will try my best to live up to WB's standards. I will not complain.
Salute WB. Until we meet again.

WB was never one to play for score, he played to be a part of the team. His leadership was subtle, he would beat you with kindness until you felt so bad you wanted to be right next to him. He was a special glue for our squad because we never had to worry who was watching the mint, he was. We never had to ask for resupply on base, he did. We never had to watch our backs, he was doing that for us. For every crappy job out there, WB had a smile and a how soon do you want it done attitude. He loved our squad, and he loved the game. He was always one to forgive, forget, and say something nice about an adversary when we were grumpy.
The AH community has lost a wonderful man, our squad a wonderful teammate and the world a great and loving man. Until we meet again WB, <S> Bro!
