So I get on and log on to 119 inorder to find some action with "The Few" and what do I realize??? Its a bunch of closet LTARS all in wirblesomethings spawning out of a GVbasesomething.....

Well once they realized that they had a visiter they slipped out of their GV speedos and hopped into their planes. After that it was a quite enjoyable experience but I still couldnt get the image out of my mind.... these so called aces... in gvs... wearing speedos and saying "cheeers mate you poped his tower"..... disturbing.. ;)

Lmao mate yes i was ashamed when you caught us all cuddling by the VH in GV`s ,im totaly useless in them tho so i hardly bother with them, you can blame that little incident on our american wing  :lol

You did quite well too to say you havnt played in ages i dont think it will be long before you get that rust off especially if you get some 1 on 1 time with one of the better sticks in our beloved squad. It was low numbers for us on a tuesday night past few weeks we have had 12+ guys on so hopefully if you join us again there will be more on.

Was nice flying with ya  :salute

Its always easy to fly with a group that knows each other. Just stay close and mop up what ever remains to be cleaned up. Also you guys make it very easy with all the ropes, easy fishing.

I feel it coming back to me more and more but I still have quite far to go. I find the part that is lacking the most is actually "thinkin air combat". I do alot of dumb stuff from not using my head. When I die I remember what I should have done. Another thing that is lacking is the creativity in the manouvering. But all this is just a matter of flight hours.

Next time Im online Im gonna fly "looely grouped" with the Loose Deuce guys to see how that feels.

Its nice to fly with new people. Heck its nice to fly with people period. ;)

i'll be online this evening without interruption if you can't find any LD's on.

GV's isnt the norm but as I said we do a little bit of everything.  We had a fun 6 man 262 sortie early yesterday evening and 4 of us made it back with 31 scalps.  That is the kind of teamwork we can live up too.  Plus it was hilarious on vox.  :D

Last two nights I made a few sorties with Loose Deuce and had a great time with them as well.

Its quite interesting how different the game is when played with different people. The two squads are totally different when it comes to the way they fly and the atmosphere on vox is quite different as well.

While different in the way they fly both are very effective when it comes to destroying enemies and making it back home. Most importantly for me personally I feel I perform better when flying with both these teams then when flying alone. Also I feel that I can fly with both these teams without endangering their pilots due to my rust.

The Few remind me quite a bit of my old squadron (Synergy) when we used to play Jumpgate (a space sim mmo). The fly style relies heavily on great pilot skill and that each pilot has a good situation awareness. The tactics are basic and quite agressive. Go in use pilot skills and mop up.

Also on vox it reminds me of my old squad. Quite a riot (in a good way).

Loose Deuce remind me quite a bit of the squad I ran before I joined my old squad in Jumpgate. That squad relied heavily on tactics and that each pilot had good enough skills. The tactics are more defensive and not as agressive. Go in use tactics to pick off the enemy target by target and get out.

Just like that squad the vox is a bit clamer (without beeing booring) and chatter is much more battle focused.

Honestly atm I cant make the choise because both squads are great environemtns where I feel right at home. I will need more time to fly with both groups before I can decide.

I hope that you COs dont mind me hanging out with your groups for a few more nights.

Thanks to both groups for making me feel at home and for elevating my gameplay experience.

Hi Tex,

thank you for the Feedback, you are more than welcome. We Loose Deuce Pilots would like to have you with us, because in my opinion you would be a great addtion to the LD.
Well, becaue i know most of the Few Pilots, i know also that it fun to fly with them. Before i started the LD sqaudron i was up with the few for a couple of sorties. Your inbetween resume is exactly what i felt so far.

Join us for some more sorties, you are welcome every time time!

You are every time welcome :-)

Was a nice flying with you yesterday evening.

Just one point is not always the same :-). There are times were everyone is talking rubbish and laughing about everything. It just depend on the situation. In fight we are going to be more focused on the tactical relevant parts.

Cu soon in Air.
