IMO, these are things to look for in a squad.

1) They enjoy the same things you do ( Base Take, Fighter Sweep, Furball, Formation flying, Bombing or GV)

2) They have enough members on to meet with during your hours of play

3)They welcome you in willing to lend a hand or train you if necessary

4) They treat each other and the community with respect

5)They have only a few rules always willing to accept and initiate your suggestions or ideas for improvement

6) Understand that this is a hobby and is meant for us to let lose and have some fun with friends

7) Like working together to complete certain objectives as a group while watching your back

Righteous Vengeance Recruiting:

We like formation flying, base taking/ defending, fighter sweeps, bomber escorts and helping others complete their objectives.

A8Tool,

That picture of the pilot and goggles reminds me of Gabby Gabreski. Lol.

We have quite a few good guys on our squad and just hooked up with 2 more. Were still a smaller squad but can do a lot of damage when we work together.

Not sure these types of advertisements (if i can call it that) helps. Seems if someone is interested in your squad it's more about them seeing you in the mains landing kills as a team or the missions you run.

Lots of new players and I sure would like to get a few and train them to take bases and fly in our fighter sweeps. Suppose the TA or even DA might be better to look for them than here.

Thank you Slimmer, Cobra made them using his trackIR. I think they turned out pretty good. he has a few more he's made but not recently.

RV picked up maybe two good guys from this. One for sure who calls himself Wulf31. A newer player, (which is good) team oriented, respectable and near our age group.

Age is not a problem of course but being respectful and tolerable is. :lol   Some of the guys do have their head sets up loud just to drown out the wife and kids. squeeeeek

I was in the RV when it was first started. And zip5389(or what ever) was a control freak. But best of luck tool. They had a lot of good pilots, and still do.

When I joined Zip was not there, he had abandoned the squad and left their web page and forum with no access to fix any of it. The forum was heavily inundated with hacker porn and no one was able to use it.  To top it off the squad was not even a valid squad according to HTC because their CO (ZIP) had dropped his acct.

I spent 3 months looking for a good squad to hang with and RV was it. They fit everything I was looking for in a squad but once i figured out what was going on I petitioned the guys to restructure and it was done.

There are no control freaks left in the squad, a new forum was set up and everything in the squad is running smoothly.

They are a great bunch of guys and I appreciate all the positive comments made by friends and the like. :salute

If any new to AH players are interested in flying with some seasoned sim pilots or want some training come hang out with us for a bit. Chances are you'll like how we operate and help us build an even more successful squad experience.

I am a much better player after hanging with RV. Great bunch of guys so far very friendly and helpful. 30 mins in the training arena with 20charley helped a bunch.
