New Installation of AH - Using Same Account?
« on: April 16, 2009, 08:37:06 PM »
I had to rebuild a hard drive.  Put AH back on it, but the login ID and password I have used for quite some time is not working.  How do I get back in with my account info?

Thanks

if you know your login name you can hit the resend password button. Check your email you registered with a few minutes later and you should have it. If you can remember, just give HTC a call in the morning and they will help you out.

yep, tried that.  Same login and password I used before the rebuilding.  I tried to use the same but it doesn't work.  Actually, the account information sent from AH has the identical information I'm entering.  but, when i try to enter it to enter the game, the account says it was deleted?  But, if it was deleted, how's it sending me the info?

It is sending you the email letting you know the account you want to use is deleted.  If you want more information, I would suggest you contact Carrie (billing@hitechcreations.com 817-251-1540) and she will be able to fix you up.

Given the circumstances, I would suggest getting her the credit/debit card number to insure the correct account is being delat with.
