Background:
Was defending A96 against CV attack in a Spit 9 along with PAPY and someone else when I came across two low F4Us (I'm at 5k). I dive down, kill the first one which was an F4U-1D. In the same pass I kill the 2nd hog, which was an F4U-1C, as he looped up to make another pass at the town. The fabulous C-hog pilot that lacked SA being none other than Coronado. Fine, I head out in between the base and the CV, fighting puffy ack and waiting for more attackers when i see on 200
Coronado:200: come on out Banshee. I look out and see a Seafire heading away, which Coronado confirmed was he. I head out...we're almost co-alt, so i chop throttle and drop about 300 feet to make it even closer to co-alt then throttle up. I told him I was inbound...when i got 3.5k from him I changed my flight path parallel to his own and asked "ready." No reply but I see a wing wobble so I turn in...he continues flying straight so I nail him and proceed. Then he starts whining on 200 saying he was "AFK..blah blah blah and called me a puzz... Now why on earth would you taunt a guy to come fight then go away as he turns in??? Anyway I challenged him to a duel while everyone on channel is saying "he won't go." To stir the pot and actually get him to go I call him out on 200 about his reputation of not going to the DA, which succeeded with flying colors as 2 seconds later he was in the Dueling Arena.
