I taught myself how to play.
A mouse, a keyboard and a water bottle i had, as a young eager 7th grade lad.
it was only about half an hour ago, I saw the ad on the History channel. I had flight simulator 2002, so I knew the basics on flying and such. Just not dog fighting. It took me an hour to find the throttle key and two hours to learn the controls. I was fighting the next day and spent my 2 weeks in the TA. After that I begged my dad to let me stay. He agreed...and I was on my way.
One year later here I am, a good pilot (Or at least I think). Strokes started only 11 days before me and is Still Better than me. (Dweeb) But hey, my score means nothing to me. The only time I will fly a 262 is when I reach 1000 Perks....by then if i lose my plane, I can Just shrug it off.
Here's to Barko (Barkoed) for One year of AHII!!!!!
