Yet another HO thread?

One HO to rule them all,
One HO to bind them into darkness,
One HO to bring chaos to the BBS

2 to merge, one to HO.  Learn it, live it, love it or forever be a noob.

Theater-wise..............

Ask a Pacific veteran about the Japanese and head on's.  ALL DAY, EVERYDAY DAY.

Europe wasn't as bad simply because there were no carrier battles.  Tough to ho an escort when your mission is the bombers...........

Ho's happen in RL, not that this is....... Ho's happen in AH......... And that brings up the funny part.........

Whatever suits you better at the moment is what most of you people say.  It's either "this isn't RL jerk!" or it is "AH tries to simulate real combat aspects of WWII."

When it comes to ho's........ bad shots always cry "this isn't RL."

Me?  I'm a good shot.  I will ho if I have to but I certainly prefer the idea that this is RL simulation.  Andthese days it seems gambling on the merge that the other wont ho, seems to get you killed more often then not.

Ask a Pacific veteran about the Japanese and head on's.

Now ask that same vetran why that was?

The Head On attack in WW2 was quite valid, in certain situations with certain plane matchups.

Most people who claim "They HO'd in WW2" fail to mention (or lack the understanding) of the above fact.

Word Up........ You and I both know not to ho an A8...............   :D    But what does that have to do with the general ho?  OMG....  Great Screen name  "General HO"  I'm changing it!!!

When it comes to ho's........ bad shots always cry "this isn't RL."

Wrong... I'll point out someone who HOs so others looking for a good fight can go elsewhere and not waste their time there. I find that the HO'ers always call it crying.

You may be a good shot. Takes no skill to fly straight at someone head on and pull trigger. Good shot or not..... if you ho your problem is probably with ACM and not shooting.

Those that say this is not real life say so because it is a game. The point of a game is to match skills with another. I make it a point to try to out fly others in my cartoon plane.

Good shot or not..... if you ho your problem is probably with ACM and not shooting.  You couldn't be more wrong...... The dweebs and newbs will ho and not know how to get out of the way, fire too soon, fire too late.  There is almost as much ACM in ho'ing as there is in other aspects of the game.  "Almost" may be a stretch but don't compare me with the fools who collide bro.
