Have you sat outside a enemy VH with a stopwatch and your eyes glues to the screen waiting to say this? or is it just an estimate?

I believe it's called a re-supply. People take a M3 or C-47 to their base and drop the supplies. The Supplies help the VH or Hanger or anything on the field come up quicker without using the factories in the area.

Maybe Knights don't do that? IDK i haven't been knit in a long wile. you guys still do them "Alliance missions"?

Which reminds me of a old saying when someone kills the water tower on field:

Resupply has zero affect on how fast hangers will come back up.
