Do you fly one country only?
« on: June 17, 2009, 01:48:38 PM »
Do you or your squad fly only for a specific country?  If so, which one and why?  All answers are appreciated... :salute

No, chess piece loyalty is for n00bs.

My squad, The Few, rotate every couple of months.

Yes, almost solely in Rooks, because my countrymen are there :)   (pun unintentional, but fitting)

In addition there is a nice connection to Finnish Defense Forces in real life:

I switch sides.  Sometimes it's because the low-numbered side needs help, sometimes it's because the fights are between the other two sides.
My Current Rig:

Intel i7 5820k, Win7 64-bit
NVidia GTX 970 4Gb ACX 2.0

I joined the game, I was Bishop.  My squad stays Bishop.

In the last 12 months we moved to Rook's once....... For an hour.

Kazaa............  You make an empty attempt.  Nothing to do with a board game, nor the characters in it.  Aside from the squad's General Order's........ My loyalty is with the other squads that I regularly get the honor of flying with.  Punk... :D

Joined and was put on Bish. Switched to Rooks after a couple of months. Switched to Knights a little under 2 years ago to join JG11. We don't rotate so I've been Knights all that time.
I don't really feel any 'loyalty' to the Ke-nig-its.

chess piece loyalty is over rated.  I fly where the fights are...and sometimes that is for a different chess piece than I am currently flying on.
Switching around also has the added benefit of flying with many more people...not just against them.
