problems in-game PICS included

recently I noticed that friendlys are dissapearing in GV's when I am less than 5k from them in the air..

 In the first pic I am coming at them from about 3k...and I cansee them allright,although sometmes I wont see them until I am about 1.5k away from them...

But in the second pic I am above them at about 3.5k and they all of a sudden disappear from underneath me.....all of the trees dissapear as well..

 I have my sliders all the way to the left.I have deleted my config8 file..and still no fix..
