I used to love building those Tamiya kits.  Got it into my head a couple years ago to pick one up for something to do, but geez those kits have gotten expensive!

AH "Military" cap...the flat topped field cap from the 50s worn by US forces (also Fidel Castro wore one).  currently styled as a "lifestyle" cap by many manufacturers  (see Puma.com for an extensive line-up of the style: note i am not pimping puma, just saying they have lots to look at for ideas) in Midnite (USAF) Blue, Brown, Tan, Red & PINK (for our lady players and our AH widows)

AH T-shirt...with or without a pocket.  And for pete's sake, put a small logo on the front & if it must be so a large one on the back with a pithy saying like "Vive la DISCO!"

AH coffee mug...in stainless steel with your in-game name & squad in one side & your favorite plane on the other

AH ash-tray...for those that must do the nasty suck-and-blow routine  :D
Wouldn't it be a hoot if in addition to the AH logo on a pocket T, above or below the Ah logo, one could have their squads nose art? This would look uber!

I'm a bit cornfused by HiTech's response.  Seemed kinda frustrated there.

And I think I know why.

many times when the demand seems to be there, it's can very well be just a very small vocal minority that will also not spend a single penny.

Been down that road.  They don't always come when you build it. :)

TAMPA, Fla. – Billy Mays, the burly, bearded television pitchman known for his boisterous hawking of products such as Orange Glo and OxiClean, has died. He was 50.
Guess we need a new salesman.Just saw this.

I would buy AH merchandise. Coffee cups, shirts, hats. And yes, even thongs (the old lady is an exotic dancer.)
