It would be nice to have this available for scenarios, but it should never be turned on for the MA.

I'm confused, can't you already crash into ships?  ;)

For added realisim, I would like to see a box in the hanger,or some place, that would allow the Japanese planes to be activated into a Kamikaze role. This would be good for late war campaigns and FSO's. I have crashed my plane into ships with no effect ( except on my kite which even State Farm Insurance would not cover ). That was a real part of war, the desperation of the Japanese in late war.  I have seen where some people would like to add other planes, even older Japanese planes ,which would be great for  kamikaze missions.

I could see it acceptable for ONLY special events. Otherwise, FAIL. We have enough pile its crashing into everything as it is.

Each account should be allowed one mission marked 'Kamikaze'.

You select it from the hangar, and if you die ( shot down, killed, crashed ) your account is closed and gameid is placed on the 'stricken' list.

Only single crew aircraft would qualify to be used.

Why?

By pulling back on the stick you give yourself the chance to destroy some guns and take out some fighters.

Right now you can already to kamikaze runs, simply up any A/C with bombs, just before you reach 1k in your dive, drop all of them, and you will ride down with the bombs at the same airspeed, and just like a kamikaze attack, you will not survive to see the boom.

Com'on people, its already that simple, you can also do it with all bombs/rockets pickled and with your machine guns and cannons firing, assumeing you live that long. :rock

So, yeah.

How about a 5,000 perk (you *will* lose these perks)  A6M5b/2/KI84/NIKI loaded with explosives?  Wouldn't fly anywhere near like a regular fighter, but one would be enough to sink a CV- if you made it through the ack/fighters.

We have enough Kamikazes as it is. :huh

You know? The bone head that will upp a PT boat 30 times in a row, launch torps and then die, 30 times in a row just to wreck the other 60 players fun. Or the one who will upp a Mustang, fly 2 sectors, and then die in one HO pass time and time again. Or the bomb and bailers. The guy who will up 8 sets of lancs, die and upp again, just to fling 14 1,000lb bombs at the 20 guys trying to have fun with a GV mission. And dont even get me going on the ram-tards.

Thats all we need is to reward them with perk points just for doing what they normally do, only in a Kamakaze plane.
