I want to thank all the vets for the following advice... 

here's a thought. don't like game play at the time.....log off and go fishing. 

Your consistent screen shots of moments in time in regards to the "cap" are one of those things in life that in the total picture ... means crap ... along with the fact that it will not change HiTech's mind.

your angst over the "cap" is what is classless and indecent.

Either learn to live with it, or go play WoW.

So I guess your only recourse is to shut up and live with it, or take your money and go somewhere else.

We are mostly just sick and tired of hearing your frustration -- yet again.

Opening Blue on TT is counter-intuitive to having TT so that would be invalid.  Go bowling on Tuesday, HTC already has your money so they don't care.

I vaguely remember we had something like that a few years ago as a test run, shortly after the great split. The waiting queue - You could wait for a spot to open or switch to outnumbered side and enter arena... *sratchhead*

My idea would always give you at least one LW arena to enter at all times, no waiting, and you wouldn't have to change sides.

It would also mean that the arena you would be joining isn't one where you out # the nme.

Voila!  Balanced sides.

(I know it can't be THIS easy...  Help me find flaws here people...)

What if your knight and both arenas have high knit content.

Found it. My memory served me right, it was implemented in Decamber 2006:

Monday we will be implementing a new balancing system. It works with the existing ENY number. It will no longer limit what planes you can fly. But rather when it reaches a preset value, people entering the arena will not be able to fly in that arena for their current country.

You will get a message  similar to you are 3rd in a queue of 3 .

Your choices will be
1. go to another arena.
2. change countries.
3. wait until more people come onto the other side, or some one from your country leaves.

People waiting will always be able to change countries regardless of their last country change time.
People waiting in queue will not be counted in the ENY values.
This new balancing system will be implemented in all main arenas.

I wasn't around here when that happened Lusche, can you tell me what turned out to be wrong with that system?  Why did it fail?  On the face of it, it seems like a half decent concept to me.
