disable radar in DA petition

for those of you have recently experienced the downed radars in DA, know what it's like, looks like alot actually liked no radar, 'bout time we get this done.
it's either Aye or Nay.

It will be hard to find a fight when there are only 10 people on or to find someone your dueling.

Besides, I wouldn't be able to track people of interest.

I could care less what the pilots at Dweeb Lake think/feel/say/do.

The Dueling Arena is there for pilots to Duel.

The opinion of pilots that are not using the Arena as it was intended matter not to me.

Reduce the radar update frequency maybe, but not remove it altogether.

I can't figure out from your post if AYE is yes enable it or AYE is yes disable it.  Same for NAY. 

Also, I don't think you have a 'snowball's chance' in getting anything changed even if everyone wanted AYE or NAY or whatever...
