Simple Questions:
1) If someone is rude, dissrespectfull be it in reality or just perception is it really appropriate or helpfull to be rude or abussive in return? The recipient as has been pointed out is apealing from a position of weakness as a single subscriber and is going to go away at best feeling like a beaten dog. The relationship between him and the service provider is very unequal from the outset. When I have seen these posts they are usually motivated by frustration rather than malice and a feeling of being discriminated against (wrongly though understandably).
2) If a pottential Investor saw how HTC deals with what might be considered a difficult customer do you think they would be more or less likely to want to invest?
(Obviously in my opinion) HTC does not deal with criticism (often unjustified ) well and those of us who encourage this attitude are not doing any of us any favours.

1) There's a difference between being harsh with someone and the OP's little hissy-fit.
I'm tired of seeing people come in here and rant and rave about how their system sucks and they can't play anymore. The most effective way to get the problem solved would be to either contact HTC directly or to start a discussion in a mature way.
Flying in here like a teenager who's parents just took his car and grounded him isn't the way to go about it.
2) HTC want to keep it small. The don't want investors or shareholders.

HTC doesn't suffer foolish comments lightly and I can't say I blame them.
Why should they have to put up with rants like the OP?
If the guy had a problem, emailed HTC detailing his problem and expressing his frustration in a reasonable manner, I'm quite sure that he would have received a helpful response.
The only time I've seen HTC let rip on their customers have been times when their customers are being rude and insulting.
Bloody good job, too.
