Interested in knowing the source on this one
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

this is what this site i found has on the subject

"Powerhouse" was an airplane "marked for destruction"
(17 September 2006) According to Ken Miller, "Powerhouse" was a plane marked for death by the Japanese Air Force. Tokyo Rose said so, on the air. Here is the story as relayed to me by Ruth, Ken Miller's significant other. Ruth writes:

Supposedly Ken Miller and about 6 other men, including Theo, were in the tent area and listening to the shortwave radio early one evening in New Guinea. Ken said he didn't often do this, but he was there when Tokyo Rose came on and said, "For you pilots in the South Pacific, the B-25 with the dog chewing the Japanese flag has been marked for destruction by the Japanese air force." They all laughed and Theo said, "Let them come."

Nice work there Stryker I know how hard it is to find a lot of good info on B-25-H's. I had the one picture of Dutch from a distance but not the good close up like you found. Never have heard of Power house before & I think you may have more than enough information to get it skinned based off personal experience.

To the best of my knowledge there is only three skinners who have a template & have done or who are doing these aircraft, you might get lucky & one of them will take it up. It is a good candidate in my opinion.

Well after many years of trying to find the serial number of this plane for Kevin Anderson & his Uncle who flew "PowerHouse".
Link below.

http://k9iua.atwebpages.com/roy_powerhouse.html

I found a photo on UK. EBAY that had a photo with the stencil clearly visible.

43-4523.

I sent an email off to Mr Anderson that his long lost search for Roy's plane serial number is now over. Also sent one to the decal company that the decal is wrong & sent them the right number.

Just more proof don't trust profiles or modeling companies.

Plus perseverance yields results.  :headscratch: Well stupidity or stubbornness not sure what one really applies to me?

Sorry Greebo a B-25H update is in your future.  :neener:

The decal company actually responded within a few hours. Said they would double check their source. The source is the Kevin Anderson link.
