Bad Guy Colors in the MA
« on: September 24, 2009, 08:22:35 AM »
I wish the Emeny colors could be set instead of always being Red. As a Knight I'd like to be able to make Bish and Rook Different colors, so that when jumping into a Bish-Rook Furball I can see who's likely to be chasing who, and who is on the same team.

Thanks.

Last I remember they allow you to change the colors of enemy 1 and enemy 2. In other words: Bishops and Rooks.

this is only for the map icons........ what the original OP is requesting IMO is while in flight....... all enemy icons are red......... if youre looking at 2 enemy from 2 different countries he wants to be able to quickly see by color recognition which country is which.......

or for that matter the dot dar........

take for instance the current map in Orange...... the center of the map is sometimes  nothing but a 3 way furball........ sometimes its a huge raid to take a base......... having different colored flight icons would help non-furballers (or landlords if  you will) know if they should be concerned about a base or see its just a 3 way furball

I agree with different icons on the basis that you could determine an aircraft's sovereignty by the markings it carried. Varied radar color, not so much...a plane's a plane to a radar system.

I knew what the OP was requesting, just didn't know enemy 1 and 2 colors didn't change icon colors (never played a game with more than two countries). Thanks for the clarification.

I know Air Warrior used to be like that, the three different cultures each carrying differently colored icons.
