Besides Inglourious Basterds this is the only other movie I really enjoyed this year.

Very funny, and entertaining!!

Do checkout Whip It! too.

There is just something about girl on girl violence that is very entertaining.

So it is a Chick Flick that men can enjoy too, although probably for different reasons.   :D

Roller Derby Chicks are just plain awesome.   Here is a pic that I took of one of our local Roller Derby star players.

She is dressed up as being a Zombie Amazon from Outer Space.  She even has her own ray gun:

I cant put my finger on it really, i watched his new late night show and was just not impressesd.  He seemed like he was tryin to hard to be funny.  I do however like a few of his SNL parts.

Im with u branch. Ive never liked him either. He does try too hard..nothing funny about him, no timing, no emotion.

Well, if you read the thread, you will see that one person said his gal would not like to see a gory movie, so I offered him an alternative for this weekend that would be OK with her.

I had no idea that folks here don't like Jimmy Fallon so much.   But now I understand better why folks have such strong feelings.

The Roller Derby girl in the photo is a Zombie, if you did not notice.  Someone has already tried to kill her by shooting her in the forehead.   Did you not notice that part of her outfit?
