<S> Grizz

Was fun indeed.

Round 1: JB11 - P-47D-25  http://www.mediafire.com/?tth4nmhdztt
Round 2: Grizz - Bf-109G-6 http://www.mediafire.com/?zkyt5ulqglm
Round 3: JB11 - P-47D-11 http://www.mediafire.com/?jjzjwygnwmr

The third round had me puzzled too.  If you are talking about what I think you're talking about, the second merge?  I wouldn't have pulled it either.

BE,

Thanks for spending the time to put this all together for our enjoyment.  We owe you.

Congratulations to JB11 on his chamionship and to Grizz for taking runner-up!  I haven't gotten a chance to see the films yet but I'm sure they'll be fun to watch.

At this point I'd like to thank everyone who's participated in the first two tournaments and I hope that you've all had fun, win or lose.  I know I have and I haven't even made it out of the first elimination round yet but that won't keep me from trying again next time  :)  I've been encouraged by the response to these tournamants and as long as there's an interest I'll try to keep running them.

A special thanks to the members of the review committee(s), Jerkins, Nisky, TC and Zap and Vudak in the first tourney.  While they didn't have to do anything this time around I appreciated having them standing by in case of a dispute.

In a bit of housecleaning news I will be taking down all of the interim brackets from the first tournamant and leaving only the final bracket posting to maintain space in my photobucket account.  I will be leaving all of the bracket postings for this tournamant until the next one is complete, at which point I'll delete the interim brackets, again leaving only the final bracket posting.  So, for past tournaments, just look to the last couple of pages of the threads to see the completed bracket.

The next tournament sign up will likely begin on or about January 17, 2010 and run for two weeks.  I hope to see you sign-up then.

And now, the crowning of this tournamants Champion; JB11.  Sorry, I wish I could do more but, here's the final bracket:

Have a safe and happy Holiday Season everyone and we'll see you on the other side.
I edit a lot of my posts.  Get used to it.

check the films kaz, it was another 'any given sunday' fight. Grizz lost his killer instinct for a few vital seconds and JB11 kept his killler instinct fully tuned. That's how these late rounds usualy go.  No surprises for me as both are excelent, top tier duelers.  :aok

forgot to say, thanks Baldeagl for all the fun you have created!
