Good to see you all still at it! Since I separated from the the military and moved to Louisiana I haven't had the opportunity to play AH, I doubt my connection would allow for it anyway (satellite internet). Hopefully I will find civilization again and a connection that is semi reliable and of course the time needed to play this game again.. till then <salute>

Hello from sunny Afghanistan everyone! I do believe I may be able to play regularly again - although I doubt I'll be able to consistently join up for squad events. I've so far been keeping safe - in beautiful Kabul. Living in a safehouse - and currently in a lockdown situation - but that's a whole other story I can't get into yet. Make up your own assumptions.

With that said - my internet service is pretty decent - and I'm actually managing it for folks in the rest of the safehouse's (60+ subscribers) - strictly a volunteer thing in addition to my regular job duties. Well, the guy who had this room & managed it before me left a decent desktop pc/monitor and the works - and I just received a joystick I ordered a few days ago - SO - hopefully, I'll be seeing you guys on.

I have to say - for not having played for a few months - I forgot how to do everything! I need to pritn out a cheetsheet tomorrow.

My attendance has been spotty as well. To add to my issues, it's about time for me to buy another cheap twisty stick as my throttle is spiking.

You are welcome to fly with us. We fly on Bish vox 191. We routinely do bombing misssions (as well as enjoy other aspects of AH) and everyone generally has a good time. Normally, or squad nights are on Saturdays. However, my attendance to lead missions on those nights has been extremely spotty as of late due to real life activities taking up my time. (This weekend is no exception. I have practice.)
