According to the courts Burning a US flag is 1st amendment protected act. :mad:  Not that it matters most people don't have a clue about flag code anymore. :rolleyes:

Burning your own flag as a sign of protest is legal and protected by the constitution.

Burning the flag of someone else is just petty vandalism and a disgrace.
