I passed through a formation of bombers (8) that were tightly formed and shot only one of them but they set each other on fire and I got five proxies then got chased away by a 51 Jug and 262 that chased me to the deck and augered as I was ditching an oil hit Tempest. The funny thing is that 262 pilot still tries to fly the thing.

Correct answer....I get a fuel leak....thats it.  They all broke as I neared one of my countrymen in a PT boat.  It was hilarious watching all those guys shoot and not land hits....even at that distance!  Just thought I would share why I enjoy AH :)

They funny thing was we merged on a "ho" pass but neither of us fired . Pulled off because 15 bish chasing one 38.  <S> Thanks for the no HO Banshee7 ....sorry for the gang.  :aok

It is a p-38 so you started turn fighting and shot all 15 planes down with no damage to your self.
