Read what i said again and stop with the knee jerk defence mechanism, I am agreeing he was a great man, just that his legend status would have faded if he had not died right at the high point.  I speak the truth, it's basic human psychology.

If Jeet Kune Do were the bomb, people wouldn't be doing everything else to prepare for real fights. The only gym that's produced fighters trains "Jeet Kune Do Concepts". Catch is, it's just MMA with some eastern philosophy thrown in. Bruce was a great performance artist, but there's no evidence he was a good fighter. That's like thinking Jet Li would maim people, when the reality is that Wu Shu is just a performance art.

and that site's mission statement is to debunk fraudulent claims in martial arts. It's a gold mine for finding out what works and what doesn't from people that actually do it for a living, instructors, olympic champs, military, amatuer & pro fighters, etc, etc. It's the only forum on the internet that literally results in people getting beat up.
