Not Philly.   Chase Utley is a great ambassador to the MLB.   So is Ryan Howard.

The only reason I don't want them to win is because I'll be hearing "Champs, we won, we're 1337, you suck, we're awesome!" for the next two months. Yankee fans are arrogant, very arrogant. Pretty much all of em.
But if they lost, they wouldn't say ONE WORD.

Can't stand the Yankess, never have been able to never will.  However there are a couple of guys on that team that I like which is really weird.  Always liked Jeter ever since he was a rookie, Swisher isn't too bad of a guy just looks like he's hopped up on something every time they talk to him, and even though he left my beloved Braves hanging  Texeira is one good ball player and a pretty nice guy.  As for the rest of 'em, well, let's just say I don't want to serve any time off for bad behavior here.

Now the countdown begins until March, well January for me when we start up conditioning for baseball.

Philly lost on purpose because Mayor Nutter matter-of-factly stated that the city was NOT going to foot the bill for another parade.

The city couldn't handle another day of chaos like that anyhow.  SEPTA couldn't handle the volume of people heading to Broad St. last year, and as of right now, they are on strike.....
