Both aircraft have freshly-overhauled (zero-time) airframes with zero-time engines, and have just completed extensive inspections and Westernization by skilled factory technicians.

 The aircraft arrived here in a  completely de-militarized condition -- all weapons systems and military-related hardware had been previously removed, in full compliance with U.S. and Ukranian laws.
Now to find the guy who bought the F-18 off of E-bay and have some fun...

i thought ejection seats needed to be disabled for sale to civilians......ya know......'cause they're afraid of a pilot having a premature ejection....
