Road House
You mean the one with Kelly Lynch? She's the only reason that movie is worth watching. Otherwise, yeah, it was pretty bad.
My nomination:
"Bloodsucking Freaks". Low-low budget horror, but good campy fun and over-the-top gratuitous nudity and violence; i.e. a prima ballerina is kidnapped and has her feet cut off as a warning to another kidnapped ballerina who is being uncooperative. We don't see the cutting, but we do see her crawling around the dingy backrooms in her tutu with bloody stumps where her feet used to be. Another "So bad it's good" film if ever there was one.
