Seems like it's hint time.  The site is in eastern Europe and a former Warsaw Pact country.  I think that is specific and vague enough.

This site doesn't have a name that I can find but from all appearances it is a USAF weapons test/bomb range area and I have actually walked around it in the National Forest down there. It is in the state of Florida. When someone gets it please confirm with latitude and longitude. I have more clues but they will certainly give it away.

Close enough Reschke.

Chernobyl reactor in Prypiat, Ukraine

And yours is a site in the Ocala National Forest.
Specifically a range in the Pinecastle Impact Range.

Ok this is a Southern US military base.

Eye alt is 19,633ft/5.94km.
All that is needed is the name of the place.

Fort Benning, GA

Best little place right outside of base I have ever been to when I met a buddy there shortly after his graduation from Jump School.

When this place was inhabited none of the roads showing in the picture were there...well maybe foot paths but I don't know since I wasn't there.
