In World War 2, the 350th Fighter Group was activated in Europe but moved to Africa in 1943. They flew with the 12th Airforce flying patrol and interception missions, protecting convoys, escorting aircraft, flying reconnaissance missions, engaging in interdiction operations, and providing close support for ground forces. After Africa had been won over by the allies the group spent the rest of the war Fighting over Italy in mostly the ground attack role.
The aircraft they flew throughout the war were the spitfire mk.V, P39, P400, P38 and P47.
Recruits for this squad in Aces High 2 must be:
- At least 18 years of age, but it can be overturned if you are mature enough which is decided by the group.
- Be a subscribed member to the game. (No 2 week trail pilots)
- Must have a microphone for communication over Squad Channel.
- Must have there own sheep because we do not "Loan" out our sheep to new recruits.
There is no set country of operation yet.
There will be no set squad night because my schedule is always changing.
Training will be available for anyone who wants it in any aircraft they want.
