I Am thinking about registering for this scenario but there is a possibility that i might not be able to make the first frame. Would it be okay if i missed or should i plan to try to walk on

People do miss frames, but not registering may not get the spot you would really like. Just don't register if you are gonna miss half or more.  Thats just my take.

Either way, it will be a great time, both sides are boasting some really skilled guys.

Axis have already long begun filling their rosters.  Make sure you have access to your country's forum for this scenario Carbine.  From there you should be able to find an open seat you'd like to claim as your own for the scenario.
