Scorched Earth... Again?
« on: February 06, 2010, 10:00:13 AM »
Seems the troop and radar factories near A34 were flattened by Japanese forces... with no resistance.  Since I was Allied this frame, I wasn't privy to His Majesty's orders... but it just seems curious.  It also seems a little... familiar, given that it appears it was hit over, and over again.   :huh

This was a bizarre frame. C95 was attacked even though it wasn't a target, and there was practically no air defense over V54....
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

Look, it was my bad on C-95.  I was just flying along having some wine and cheese, grooving on the positive energy, and the thing started shooting at me.  It was a sector out of the "air launch" area so, I dropped by bombs in self defense.  :lol  If it's any consoliation I died for my country in that a KI doesn't pull out well from a 20K dive....  Hey, if it shoots at me, I shoot back

It was CLaim Jumpers that hit the radar factory. Interesting how you take off and in 5 mins you hit a target.  Some landed and up to it the radar factory 3 times.  They did this after hitting the task force 94.

Heh... yeah, maybe they were squashing an uprising from the workers at the factories.   :uhoh  Hmmm... maybe not.

there were 2 squads 'protecting" V54. It was like a plague of F4Us. We obviously didnt last long.

If any targets were attacked that were not on the target list it was a big waste of time since they will get no points for any of it. Only targets that are indicated on the objectives are scored.
