Things to fly around and through in WW1
« on: March 15, 2010, 11:12:45 AM »
I saw in a post in the general forum someone suggested bridges and other terrain in the WW1 arena to fly through.

I'm not a huge fan of the simple furball style  play however I can enjoy it to some degree.  I think one of the biggest detractors for me was to fly over just to find a bunch of guys spinning in circles in the dirt. I would wish that if we are going to spend our time down low in the dirt make it fun. Give us things to lead the 4 or 5 cons that are trying to gang us through and see how many you can scrape of while doing it :D .  Either that or screw up and plow into these things yourself and give yourself a face palm not believing you just did that lol.

I would think even the hard core furball types could possibly see the fun in this.  I hope. :D

Personally, I'd rather see the battlezone look like this:

No trees for the ninja squirrels to hide out in.

Use the windmill, there are a couple around. Just dont drag round fast enough to catch the blades in yer melon (dont ask me how I know lol...)

Funny as anything, watching ppl auger to avoid something that has just appeared as it was hiding behind my plane  :D

I'm the worst pilot ingame ya know!!!

It's all unrealistic crap requested by people who want pie in the sky actions performed without an understanding of how things work and who can't grasp reality.

Anyone remember near the end of "The Bluemax" the stone bridge arches George Peppard and his rival were flying their Dr.1's under? We have rivers on our WWI map............. :airplane:

But you will have to provide your own Ursula Andress..... :D

This is like the old joke that voters are harsher to their beer brewer if he has an outage, than their politicians after raising their taxes. Death and taxes are certain but, fun and sex is only now.
