109 g14 strange damage behavior
« on: March 17, 2010, 01:25:39 PM »
I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, hence why its not in the bug section, but I noticed that on the 109G14, if half of the horizontal stab. is shot off, always, the plane looses all elevator authority and often it flutters out of control as if it lost the whole tail section or both sides of the horizontal stab.

Anyone else notice this behavior?

Isn't that what is supposed to happen when you lose left or right H-stab?

as of today's update this issue has gone away.. its just reduced h-stab control, if half is missing.... like you would expect.

In all seriousness Ardy,  it has happened to me in a few plane types over the last few days.  It seems to be a more accurate modeling of damage.
