Well, I am not havin any luck with a group rate this year. They will NOT let me set up a group because I don't plan to stay at the hotel i plan to stay at the camp ground. If one of yall that plan to make a reservation would like to set up a group rate for everyone, then feel free to do so, they just wont let me this year. If anyone does take on that task, do NOT let them charge over 81.00 per night, fight them tooth and nail, they WILL drop the rates for that weekend. I was trying to keep it to the same hotel that people used last year.
The list is looking great, if I have forgot anyone, please let me know. There are many people in game that do not come on the BBS, so if any of yall ever have a chance, please advertise the dayton gathering in game. If they need more info tell them to PM me on the BBS or to check out this thread. Only 3 months to go, I was looking through the dayton 2009 thread, soooooooooooooooooo many good laughs once again! Can't wait to make more memories!!
